Direct to Search Dialog in PowerSearch 1.1
When a single database is selected from the PowerSearch common menu, or by adding the database name=value pair in the URL's query data, the classic InfoTrac search dialog is invoked. Only when searching multiple databases, or one or more Gale Virtual Reference Library titles (GVRL eBooks), does the platform present the new user interface.
PowerSearch 1.2, scheduled for release June 2005, will present the new user interface for both single and multiple database selections.
