  • The links below open up a spreadsheet which contains the access urls for the members of Knowledge Ontario.

    Government Institutions : The accounts provided to us in the contract were all set up. If you do not see your institution on the list, please contact your administrator or register with us online. 
    NOTE: Access URls for the Hospitals have been posted.
    Colleges and Universities :  Members of OCUL can now access the Knowledge Ontario databases from their pre-existing account. There is no change in the access url. Community Colleges can check the spreadsheet below for their access url.
    If you do not see your institution on the list, please contact your administrator or register with us online.
    Public Libraries : Public libraries which have registered with us have been set up. If you do not see your institution on the list, please contact your administrator or register with us online. View the Tekdesk access and authentication tutorial
    K12 School Districts:     The accounts provided to us for the 72 school districts are all set up. If you do not see your district on the list, please contact your administrator or register with us online.

    Use the format below to create direct links to products, substituting your location ID where indicated.Your location ID is found in the start/access URL that you use to access your Gale databases.
    This url will be in the access e-mail that was sent to your attention and can also be found in the spreadsheets listed above.
    Below is an example of a start url with the location ID of "mylocid":
