Tennessee residents have access to the Tennessee Electronic Library through their State Library, academic institutions, public libraries and schools. To access any of the eighteen databases that comprise the virtual library, choose the county of your residence on the map below or from the list below. After choosing the county, pick the library with which you are affiliated.

TEL is administered by the Tennessee State Library and Archives, a division of the Tennessee Secretary of State's office. Funds for TEL are provided in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services, a federal grant-making agency dedicated to creating and sustaining a nation of learners by helping libraries and museums serve their communities.
