who are responsible for answering questions from clients who would like
assistance using Gale Group products.

meet their needs, e.g., advise on database selection and provide
specific product recommendations to answer reference questions of
all types.
- Consult on and recommend detailed search
strategies to provide precise answers to reference questions.
- Offer tips on maximizing use of Gale Group
databases.
- Answer questions on Gale Group content and
editorial issues.
- Telephonic training on Gale Group products.
- Provide peer-to-peer perspective.
- Increase customer’s depth of knowledge of
Gale Group products.
